Breathing through the central channel (shushumna) is utilised in the energy awakening practices of yoga. I do it with bringing light into the body, mind and consciousness.
We are energy, we are created, manifested, collapsed, from the universal force, unlimited infinite creative energy. Is that energy not still our fuel for creating ourselves every day, even in the process of growing older and even the fuel that will take us in time beyond this body.
The abundance of energy most of us felt during childhood, diminishes over time and we have accepted the feeling of deterioration with getting older. I am not saying this is the elixir of life, and I am not saying that growing older is at all something to resist. I am saying that we have relinquished ourselves to the natural decay without replenishing ourselves with the energy that is who we are, where we come from.
We have disconnected ourselves from the source of life, hook line and sinker we fell into this physical life, without the thread from our true essence to support us in this experience of life as we know it now.
We have been trained to buy into fear based beliefs that say, you are not worthy, you are not deserving, you are not powerful, you are not confident, you are not trusting, you are not connected…. we are taught this as we are growing in our society.
We are then resigned to, our life as what is presented, that there is nothing more than what I see and perceive. This is not true, every moment, as we grow our awareness, we can breathe in the light that we are.
Everything, absolutely everything is a creation from the universal force. I enjoy ruins, buildings that are empty and in decay. I was astounded to observe how quickly they do decline, they just seem to fall apart. I always have loved ruins and the beauty of decay. I had the question for a long time, what keeps things in the opposite realm of decay.
You can give anything energy, your car, your shower, your bed, your bedroom, your kitchen, your kitchen appliances. All is energy based. Do not hesitate to give something that is misaligned energy. A very cute example was, our toilet was leaking, we would turn the water off and then on when we need to flush. One morning I said to my “better half” the toilet isn’t leaking, he responded, I gave it energy :-)
Follow the meditation and allow yourself to be replenished and renewed with the light of source, the light of what you are
I am so excited to announce this 5-hour workshop to learn how to bring anything into reality, into this 3-d world.
Much Love,
