Healing with consciousness

Part 2 - Separation - a gift to move towards unity.

Could we allow ourselves to live in our own created world that is open to ourselves and where we feel unjudged. We might not feel afraid to make different choices. Our individual power has been forfeited, which has left us disconnected from ourselves.

Returning to ourselves and seeing that our consciousness has more to do with our health, wellness and happiness than any outside circumstance. This connection to our inner state of wellbeing has tremendous external consequences.

Frequency or vibration, has a crucial impact on our health and wellness, the unseen is extremely powerful. We see this in life e.g. the temples in Hiroshima that withstood the nuclear bomb without being impacted.

All is energy, presenting itself in different forms and patterns. The HeartMath Institute has shown how we feel something before we have seen it, we respond energetically to a picture, before consciously seeing the image on the paper.

The shamans have been working with altered states of consciousness for centuries, understanding that we function on many different levels of existence. Where we place our attention in our daily lives has a huge impact, even in very simplistic ways of what we hold to be true through our beliefs and world view.

UNIFICATION - DUALITY (RELATIONSHIPS)

All is relationship, and what is your relationship with the body. The body is impermanent and will in time no longer be, but manifest on this earth plane it is a reflection of your relationship with yourself. The body plays an integral part of that moving towards unification with self.

The body is the book the mind writes upon. Thoughts come into full fruition, full manifestation through the body.

The story is written in the body. Everything is a reflection of you. It is all an orchestration to opening to your full potential, showing you who you are, reminding you of what you have forgotten about yourself, that you are pure consciousness, love. Everything is you. Open your doors of perception to see yourself, to receive the totality of you. Ask the experiences what their message is trying to show you. See the dreamer behind the experience, the only way the dreamer can speak to you is through what is brought into your environment. Sometimes the communication is like helping a drowning man by throwing him a brick, the brick is not the solution, but it is the pattern to see the problem, the catalyst to salvation.

Consciousness is the wind and we see the wind by its interaction with the manifested objects, we call reality. We don’t experience the wind directly as much as we experience it through its interaction with the world.

Meditation is the attempt to experience your consciousness outside sensory input or outside brain activity.

Silence, is what we need to go to, because it is beyond the manifestation in the body where the origin or source of disease (all creation) originated. Come back to silence. Find silence, not for fixing yourself, just to listen, to sharpen you attention, to be.

Take a moment, silence yourself and look with silence, look and feel the peacefulness, and know that everything is in place. Life is like looking at a yantra. The shape, form is merely a representation of what it truly is. When we meditate on a yantra, we intially can only see the shape that is has taken to be seen from a separate viewpoint. As you meditate on it, you look deeply into its true nature, seen from a unified viewpoint. You become one with the object of exploration, no separation. This is called the practice of Trataka in yoga. When we stop the experience of separation with objects, we start to experience things for what they really are.

When we are open to seeing, we will allow the dramas of life to dissolve, letting go of attachment to keeping busy and feeling important. Note: that we could be addicted to the stress and worry of life.

Deepen your relationship with yourself by unseparating all aspects of self. Just like a relationship with another, find more and more common ground, deepening the resonance. Becoming one.
“Unseparation is the key”

The body is the messenger to show you what is being written.

The mind and body is the way for our consciousness to experience itself in a multi dimensional way, in the framework of time and space, observing things arising and passing away, time and seeing it internally and externally, space. Allow life to be an opening up to yourself, to become awake to where you are resisting and where you are embracing yourself. What seems to be challenges and perhaps even unbearable experiences could be the route to experience yourself. The unseen is given through creating duality, separation, time and space.

Qigong masters speak of Yi Nian Zhi Liao, “Mind-Intent Healing,” the ability of consciousness to directly affect one’s own or a patient’s health. A qigong healer thinks of healing a patient; the patient’s health improves even without any measurable emission of energy. Mind-Intent Healing is instantaneous and does not depend on the proximity of the patient and healer. This suggests that consciousness can bring about changes unmediated by transfer of energy.

Ken Cohen - The way of Qigong

I am proposing the idea that if something that comes into manifestation for you, is there to be seen, wanting to be noticed. If we can truly be open to seeing all things, without resistance, disapproval or rejection, when it is being included ‘seen’ it will have no more reason to remain created.

I see without fear
I hear without judgement
I feel without attachment

I am not afraid to see, I am open to see all of myself.

To allow ourselves to be entirely open to who we are. How we have been programmed into judging, belittling ourselves and being unloving towards ourselves. Can I completely experience manifestation directly, without the second voice of commentary, judgement and criticism. Direct experience has no second voice, it is feeling it without aversion or desire. The witnessing process is a crucial part of healing, or perhaps more than crucial. The open consciousness that allows it to be as it is.

When we meditate we are also opening ourselves up into the space before it is manifested onto the earth plane. We are looking deeply into ourselves on all levels.
Still our only source of information is through the body, the sensations. As the yogis describe the world manifesting through the indriyas (the senses)

The monk says: I do not judge a murderer, for I have seen all within myself.

If we are not willing to see, then it needs to create itself into a space where it can be seen. In Claude Poncelet’s book The Shaman Within, he expressed that after he was diagnosed, his family said to him, Claude we know you can do this, you will fight it and win. For the first time, he took another approach, he said, it is not to be beaten, it is to be embraced.

This is a consciousness driven reality, at the core of its nature it is to be experienced, fully experienced and seen, all aspects. Become a witness to your own expression.

We experience our world as me and other, me and them, there is no difference between anger in the body, or anger in the mind or anger expressed through others. It is all one phonenomena collapsing into your reality in whatever way, and it is to be acknowledged and seen.

“Light seems so intelligent, and so far beyond the ordinary laws of space, time,
and matter, that scientist and philosopher Arthur Young believes that “it is the
basis for free will and is the ongoing dynamic which drives the universe.”
Since matter can be considered a condensation of photons, and changes or
transformation of matter a result of light’s interaction with atoms and molecules,
Young identifies light with the creative power of the divine, what philosophers
call ‘First Cause.’”
expert from the way of Qigong by Ken Cohen

When we can see the whole of ourselves and allow ourselves completely as a pure consciousness, we are whole. Not physically, mentally or emotionally but looking at the higher aspect of self, the consciousness that is being streamed down into creation. When wholeness is, then the creation changes. We change reality by changing within.
